Available November 26, 2019!

Cover design by Brandy Walker at Sister Sparrow Graphic Designs

Born with a gift in the culinary arts, Autumn Young has dreams of becoming a celebrity chef. She soon finds herself one step closer to reaching her goal when she is hired as a co-host for new show on the Flavor Channel.

Unfortunately, Autumn has another gift as well. She has a spirit guide named Bob, who gives her messages that need to be relayed, even at the most inconvenient times. To Autumn, Bob is like her uncouth uncle: he’s bossy, unrefined, and impatient, but she loves him like family.

Autumn is confused when Bob appears to have been replaced by a handsome, young man named Owen. Owen is unlike any other spirit guide Autumn has encountered before and his fits of pain and frequent disappearances make her fear he is in grave danger. Her life begins to spiral as she worries about Bob, Owen, and trying to hide her abilities to save her job.

Will Autumn stay hidden from the world in order to make her dreams come true, or will she fight for Bob and Owen, even if it means losing everything?

BOOK RELEASE: A Weekend with Effie

My collaborative novel featuring award winning authors Marilyn Boone, Heather Davis, Christine Jarmola is LIVE!!

A Weekend with Effie

by Marilyn Boone, Heather Davis, Christine Jarmola and Jennifer McMurrain

A high school student staying true to herself.
Four cousins hoping to find reconciliation.
A couple seeking to rekindle their fire.
A group searching for the truth.

Effie helps them all when they converge upon the historic Skirvin Hotel one beautiful October weekend.

In fact, Effie has always been in the business of helping people since she was hired as a housekeeper in the 1930s. And not even her tragic death has made her stop.
From young adult, to new adult, to adult romance, with a touch of paranormal, Effie links four individual stories from four different authors.

Effie and her unofficial sightings are the inspiration for this collaborative novel by Oklahoma authors Marilyn Boone, Heather Davis, Christine Jarmola and Jennifer McMurrain. Each award winning author spins her own unique yet interwoven tale that will not only raise the tiny hairs on the back of your neck but will warm your heart as well.
